Intuitionistic Fuzzy Soft Expert Graphs with ‎Application

Many fields deal with uncertain data. Classical mathematical tools are unable to solve uncertain data in many situations. There are several theories, viz., the theory of probability, fuzzy set, and intuitionistic fuzzy set, for dealing with uncertainties, but they have their own difficulties. The reason for the difficulties is the inadequacy of the parameterization tools of the theories. The parameterization tools of soft set theory enhance the flexibility of its application. This paper introduces the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy soft expert graph, union, and the intersection of intuitionistic fuzzy soft expert graph. Finally, the new concept is the intuitionistic fuzzy soft expert graph-based multi-criteria decision-making method.

Some New Operations on Pythagorean Fuzzy Sets

The concept of Pythagorean fuzzy sets (PFSs) was initially developed by Yager in 2013, which provides a novel way to model uncertainty and vagueness with high precision and accuracy compared to Pythagorean fuzzy sets (PFSs).The concept was concretely designed to represent uncertainty and vagueness in mathematical way and to furnish a formalized tool for tackling imprecision to real problems. In this paper, various operations in Pythagorean Fuzzy Sets are discussed. Some theorems are proved for establishing the properties of Pythagorean fuzzy operators with respect to different Pythagorean fuzzy sets.

A Study on Triangular Fuzzy Clustering Model ‎Under Uncertainty

This paper will study a triangular fuzzy clustering model. Clustering or cluster analysis incorporates assigning data centers to clusters to make things in a similar gathering equivalent to normal in light of the current situation. In contrast, things with a spot with different clusters are as various as sensibly normal. In this study, since the problems faced by transgender people are fuzzy in nature, we have used fuzzy models to analyze their problems and cluster them in order of their weightage. This paper has four sections. Section one gives an introduction to the problem. The basics of the Triangular Fuzzy Clustering model are in section two. Section three deals with the application of the model in determining the cluster of problems under the three categories viz, 'low,' 'moderate,' and 'high.' The final section gives the conclusion and suggestions based on the result.

A Fuzzy Goal Programming Approach for Solving ‎Multi-Objective Minimum Cost Flow Problems ‎with Possibilistic Coefficients

This paper studies a multi-objective Minimum Cost Flow (MCF) with possibilistic objective function coefficients. A necessary and sufficient condition for investigating the α-possibly optimal solution is established. A fuzzy Goal Programming (GP) approach is applied to obtain the α-parametric optimal compromise solution. The parametric study under the concept of α-possibly optimal solution is analyzed without differentiability. Finally, a numerical example is given for the paper to clarify the methodology.
